We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Therefore, we offer a 7-Day Refund Guarantee under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund
- If you purchase any subscription plan or individual indicator and do not receive access within 7 days of purchase.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- The issue must be related to non-delivery of product/service (e.g., you didn’t get access to the indicator within 7 days).
Non-Refundable Conditions
- Refunds will NOT be provided if the indicator/service has been delivered successfully and accessed.
- If more than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.
- Refunds will not be given for change of mind or user error after accessing the product.
- Any misuse, policy violation, or abuse of the service makes you ineligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund

- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Refund Processing
- If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
